As much as a team relies on their leaders, their leaders too, relies on the team. Therefore, the team’s ability to do the work with the leader is most important. And in order to work well, the team must be a confident team. The leader must be able to build the team’s confidence to be an effective unit.
Being a confident leader isn’t easy. There are times when we doubt ourselves and we are unsure what the right decision to make is. Leaders need to project confidence which is expected. But being a confident leader takes work.
Too often the answer to a problem is given as the solution. But the answer is not the solution and should not be taken that way.
Every time things breaks and goes wrong, the obvious question is why it happened and who is responsible. What most commonly goes unasked or not considered enough is the effects of blaming someone or something. Not to include the effects blame into consideration process leads to long term problems.
